World of warcraft gamer stabs roomate

Australia- 21 year old Zhenghao Shen, a university student stabbed his roommate with a chef’s knife. The victim’s fingers were nearly severed and there’s a gash on his head. Apparently, the victim asked the perpetrator to turn down the volume of the computer many times. When Shen refused to budge (probably busy gold farming), the victim challenged him for a showdown. The bail offered by Chinese National was refused by Magistrate John Burns.

Seriously, is he really that broke that he can’t afford to buy an earphone? Next time instead of the Chinese government offering a bail, why don’t they equip all their Wow addicted exchange students with earphone to prevent future stabbing.
