Good news for the Cabal Players, you can wear these awesome Capella and Procyon epaulet costume even on normal channels. It’s currently available at the Item mall. Even though I choose the Capella nation, I totally dig the Procyon Costume, I love the dark blue. Most probably I’ll buy the Procyon Epaulet costume at the Item Mall and strut it around.

can you wear a FB costume even though your a warrior? and vice versa? or do you need to be a warrior to wear a warrior costume?

Yes you can. There’s no restriction what class you are in, nation and level.
