Cassandra Soul Calibur Cosplay by Nadya
Cosplayer Nadya Sonika dazzled us with her striking cosplay Cassandra of Soul Calibur. This costume earned her a spot to compete at the World Cosplay Summit to held at Mexico City.
According to Nadya in regards to making her Cassandra costume
It took more than four months to complete this costume. The materials were: leather for the belts, styrene for armor details, plaster & patching for other details, and car paint to give it a shiny finish. The sword is made out of pine wood. The bra was made out of thermo former and it was given a coat of plaster to provide a metallic appearance. The bra was the most difficult part due to the irregularity of the curves and forms, not to mention that it was my first time using the thermo former, but it was a fun adventure! The final cost was $350.
