Berkanix is a Sci-fi themed MMORPG developed by Sonov Entertainment which is based in Korea. It took three years and 100 developers to create this whole new sci fi MMORPG. The Unreal 3 Engine gives the game seamless high definition graphics. Set in the far future where colonies fight over leadership.
At first glance it looks like a bit of Halo, Starship troopers and RF online hybrid. But it does seem like a great combination don’t you think? Besides, it’s refreshing to see Sci-fi themed MMORPG for a change. The gameplay looks promising especially when you want to get away from generic medieval fantasy game. Seriously, I can’t wait for this game to go online soon.
Berkanix Story
The colonies wandering in space, the Arcadia, Eclair, Tempest and others almost get approached “Ruien”. However, two powers of “Gadel”, Colony Allies and Royal Bloods are struggling for the spoils of Ruien. Van Orvia, the leader of Colonies Allies and Luis Eton, the leader of Royal Bloods were having conflicts against each other.
Berkanix Characters
Van Orvia
Stoic and cool headed strategist. A noble aligned to the Royal Bloods, but choose to join the Arcadia Parliament since her political creed coincides with them. Her highly superior political sense allows her to make an enemy her ally.
Razen Orpesr
A calm perfectionist. He has strong hatred for power struggles and veiled enmity. He had Van ousted from the leadership of the noble family because her goals conflicted with the familiy’s. He became famous for Anti-Parliamentary activities.
Mark Beltner
Careful and Cool-headed highflyer. He works at Eclair as Van Orvia’s secret order. His character is similar to that of Van Orvia and his only interest is fulfill his political goals.
Debra Han
Pleasant and warmhearted researcher. She worked at the Psychic Sorcery Research Center since she was a student at the University of Colony Allies. She was put in charge of developing a prototype of the Memory Splinter after succesfully inventing it.
Rudy Shufeldt
A talented passive, meticulous armsman and mechanic. He started work at an arsenal through his parent’s recommendation. His meeting with Debra Han gave him a positive outlook in life and became more active in his work.
